This is actually a very harmful movie. Nice animations and fun to watch, but ultimately a collection of pseudo-scientific statements carefully crafted for then giving almost half of the movie running time to Ramtha, a medium that supposedly channelizes the spirit of "JD Knight", a warrior from thousands of year ago, and if you pay thousands of dollars to the medium, you can go to her luxury "Ramtha School of Enlightenment" and get enlightend.
